I am committed to offering a professional, respectful, and supportive experience through my breathwork sessions, coaching, workshops, events, and digital services. If you are unhappy with any part of your experience, I encourage you to contact me directly so I can try to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

I aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and resolve matters within 14 working days where reasonably possible.

Breathwork and wellbeing practices are personal and subjective experiences. Results cannot be guaranteed, and participation is undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion.
My services are intended to support wellbeing and personal development and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical treatment.
3. Refund Policy
1:1 Sessions
You may cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 48 hours’ notice for a full refund or transfer of your booking.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are generally non-refundable, as I reserve that time specifically for you.
If I need to cancel a session, you will be offered either:

a full refund, or
-
the option to reschedule.
Group Sessions
Bookings for live group sessions, workshops, retreats, or events are non-refundable within 24 hours of the event date unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
If you cancel before this period, I may offer:

a refund,
-
a transfer to another event, or
-
credit towards future services,
at my discretion.
If an event is cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
I am not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other external costs incurred in relation to attending events.
Workshops & Events
Bookings for live group sessions, workshops, retreats, or events are non-refundable within 7 days of the event date unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
If you cancel before this period, I may offer:

a refund,

a transfer to another event, or
-
credit towards future services,
at my discretion.
If an event is cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
I am not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other external costs incurred in relation to attending events.
Digital Products & Online Content
Under UK consumer law, digital products and downloadable content may lose the right to cancellation once access or download has begun.
By purchasing digital content from me, you agree that delivery may begin immediately and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may end at that point.
Refunds for digital products will generally only be offered where:

the product is faulty,

not as described.
4. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If a service I provide is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, repeat performance, or partial refund in accordance with applicable law.
5. Health & Suitability
Breathwork can involve physical, emotional, and psychological experiences. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are medically and emotionally fit to participate.
I may decline participation in certain services where I believe breathwork may not be suitable or safe for you.
You are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have any concerns about participating.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
I ask that you contact me directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so I have the opportunity to resolve the issue fairly.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future bookings or services.
