Guided breathwork sessions — online and in person — designed to help you release, reconnect, and explore what’s been building beneath the surface in a supported group setting.

What this is

These sessions offer a space to explore breathwork alongside others, in a guided and supported environment.

Each experience is structured around a theme or intention; sometimes more general (such as inner child or emotional release), and sometimes more specific depending on the focus of the session.

You don’t need any prior experience. Just a willingness to show up and meet yourself where you are.

TYPES OF SESSIONS

Broad, accessible sessions focused on emotional release, reconnection, and creating space within the body and mind.

  • Stress and overwhelm

How sessions work

Online & In-Person Options

Sessions are offered both virtually and in person, depending on the experience. Each is guided with the same level of care and structure.

Each session follows a clear, supportive structure:

  • Arrival & intention setting
Grounding into the space and theme

  • Guided breathwork journey
A structured breathing process, with guidance throughout

  • Integration & landing
Time to settle, reflect, and reconnect

You are always guided, and there is no pressure to share or perform within the group.

What you may experience

What breathwork can support

  • Releasing built-up stress or emotional tension

  • A sense of calm, clarity, or reset

  • Greater connection to yourself and your body

  • Emotional awareness or insight

  • Feeling held in a shared space

Experiences vary, some may be subtle, some more noticeable. Everything is approached at a pace that supports your system.

Group dynamic

Working in a group can feel powerful in a different way to 1:1 sessions.

There’s often a sense of shared experience, being in a space where others are also exploring, without needing to explain or compare.

You are never required to share, and your experience remains your own within the group.

Is this right for you?

This may be a good fit if you:

  • Feel open to exploring breathwork in a group setting

  • Are curious about emotional release or self-connection

  • Prefer a guided experience with a shared space

For many people, group sessions can be a helpful place to start, offering a way to experience the work without needing to go straight into something more personal.

Sometimes, what comes up in a session may highlight areas you’d like to explore more deeply. If that’s the case, there’s always the option to continue that work in a more personalised 1:1 setting.

If you’re unsure, starting with a general session can be a good place to begin.
