Community, schools and voluntary groups
Practical, trauma-informed sessions for schools, youth groups, and community organisations; helping people understand themselves, manage stress, and build emotional awareness in everyday life.
What could we do together?
This work is designed to support emotional awareness, stress regulation, and resilience in a way that is accessible, practical, and appropriate for the group.
Sessions can be adapted for:
-
Schools (students or staff)
-
Youth groups
-
Community and voluntary organisations
-
Adult support groups
The focus is always on meeting people where they are, and offering tools they can actually use day to day.
What can we focus on?

Emotional Awareness & Intelligence
Understanding emotions, recognising patterns, and developing language around internal experiences.
Mind–Body & Nervous System Awareness
Simple, practical understanding of how the body responds to stress and pressure.
Stress, Regulation & Resilience
Tools to manage stress, build resilience, and respond more effectively in challenging moments.
Neurodiversity & Inclusive Awareness
Exploring different ways people think, feel, and process the world, helping build understanding, reduce stigma, and support more inclusive environments.
This can include general awareness sessions for mixed groups, as well as more focused support for neurodivergent individuals.
For groups supporting Neurodivergent people, a formal diagnosis is not required; the focus is on recognising individual experiences and creating space for everyone to be better understood.
Breathwork (Optional)
Where appropriate, guided breathwork can be included as a practical tool for regulation and awareness — always adapted to the group and setting.
How sessions work
Sessions will be tailored to the requirements of the organisation and meet the needs and be suited to the audience.
They will all be:
-
Trauma-informed and accessible
-
Adapted to age, group size, and environment
-
Interactive where appropriate (discussion, reflection, simple exercises)
-

The aim is not to overwhelm, but to introduce ideas and tools in a way that feels safe and usable.
