1:1 Breathwork for Emotional Release & Nervous System Regulation with your theme

Personalised, trauma-informed sessions designed to help you safely process what’s been building up and leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more in control. Available in person or virtually.

You can start here before moving to a group experience or you can move to a personalised experience to look deeper on a theme from one of the group sessions

You don’t need a perfect explanation of what’s going on to start.

People come to these sessions to work with:

  • Anxiety or constant overthinking

  • Feeling stuck, numb, or disconnected

  • Anger, frustration, or emotional build-up

  • Stress that shows up physically in the body

  • Past experiences that still feel unresolved

  • Inner critic or lack of self-trust

  • Or any other theme or difficulty with emotions that feel trapped in the body

Once I receive your query, I will get in touch to discuss safety and suitability as well as what you want to look at within your Breathwork experience. The whole thing will be guided by you. Upon completion of this, I will go about preparing for your Breathwork and we will book in a time that works for you. 

Each session is structured but flexible, depending on what you need.

1. Arrival & intention (5–10 mins)
We talk through what’s coming up for you and discuss your focus for the session.

2. Guided breathwork (27–30 mins)
You’ll be guided through a conscious connected breathing pattern while I support you throughout.

3. Integration (10–15 mins)
We slow things down, process what came up, and help you make sense of the experience.

After a session, people can often experience:

  • A noticeable drop in anxiety or mental noise

  • Emotional release (sometimes subtle, sometimes strong)

  • A clearer understanding of what they’ve been carrying

  • A greater sense of calm and regulation in the body

  • More space between them and their thoughts or reactions

This work builds over time. Some shifts happen quickly, others deepen across multiple sessions.
